At King E VTFM, sputtering targets are made of high-purity metal materials. Sputter targets can also be hot-pressed, cold pressed, vacuum induction melted, hot or cold-rolled or cut from sintered plates, and then machined to within the tolerances of the customer’s sputtering system in house. We have lathes, mills, grinders, EDM and experienced staff which means we are able to make any complex material into desired shapes. Finally, our products will be properly packaged to ensure safe and perfect delivery to customers. We offer quick turn-around times because we specialize in the research and development market.
